Ali is the owner, clinic director and lead practitioner at The Spring. Her professional career and passion for whole-body health originated from her own search for hope and success in taking charge of her health and wellness.
In 2006, Ali was misdiagnosed with the autoimmune disease Lupus. After nearly 10 years fighting a disease she never had, with a regiment of doctors and specialists and endless prescription drugs, she finally hit her breaking point. There had to be a better answer.
Ali explored new approaches to treatment: integrative medicine, food, natural herbs and supplements and lifestyle changes. She felt immediate relief and improvement. A few years later, she finally found the root cause to her lifelong health battle – Chronic Lyme disease and at least fifteen other infections. After a year of dedicated recovery, using her natural and alternative approach to healing, supported by forms of Nutrition Response Testing, Ali was able to become Lyme-free and live a healthy life.
Ali’s recovery has instilled in her the sincerest belief that good health can be a reality for anyone. Her mission is to help others who are searching for hope and for a life well lived.
Ali is a graduate of the Advanced Clinical Training of Ulan Nutritional Systems using Nutrition Response Testing. She also received an honors certification in Nutritional Consulting from Bauman College, with a focus on food as medicine to support both acute and chronic conditions.
Ali’s approach goes beyond the “quick fix” to create long lasting improvement. She works with clients as they get curious – not judgmental – about their habits, symptoms and relationship with their bodies on their health journey.
